Pastor Paul and Lady Joann are childhood sweethearts who have two children , PJ & Krysten.
Paul & Joann share a love for the church congregation and God's ministry. Lady Joann has a heart for mission work and loves to visit and aid those in need.
Pastor Paul C. Agard
Executive Pastor
Pastor Paul Agard is a pastor, teacher, author, and educator who has faithfully shepherded Christ Tabernacle Christian Fellowship for over eleven years. He holds a Masters degree in education and is a Social Studies teacher at a school in Queens NY. Through preaching, teaching, and ministry development, he is committed to equipping individuals, families, and churches to grow in Christ.
Chris Rochford
Minister & Counselor
Minister Chris Rochford is has a Masters Degree form Queens College and is a high school teacher in queens. He serves as Youth Pastor, men's ministry, Bible study, and counselor at Christ Tabernacle Christian Fellowship, With a heart for teaching and discipleship, he is committed to helping others grow by God’s power and grace.

Sylvia Soler
Ministry & Prayer
Sylvia Soler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from NYACK College and serves with a deep love for Jesus and a heart for prayer, evangelism, teaching, and encouragement. Her ministry is centered on helping the hurting, the outcast, and those in need while faithfully supporting the church and sharing the gospel of Christ.
Counselor & Coordinator
Kirah Rochford
Kirah Rochford is a registered nurse with multiple degrees in her field. She is the church secretary and devoted ministry leader who faithfully serves the youth of Christ Tabernacle Christian Fellowship. She is also workshop and counselling coordinator.
Jacquie Ruffin
Women's Ministry Coordinator
Jacquie Ruffin holds a Certificate of Completion from OASIS Leadership Academy, and a Certificate of Ordination from OASIS Family Life Church. She serves as Women’s Ministry Coordinator with a passion for biblical growth, mentorship, and service. Through leadership, teaching, and encouragement, she is committed to helping people grow in Christ and live faithfully in service to God and others.
